PROJECT DETAILS
Winona State University’s Foundation Hall is a 5-story building that will provide student housing with a total of 342 beds in 181 rooms. The project is unique as it is bounded by Mark St. to the north, the WSU tunnel to the west, the Canadian Pacific Rail to the south, and Main St. to the east.
