PROJECT DETAILS
Main Square West is a four-story, market-rate apartment community delivered through a design-build approach. The project features podium construction, with cast-in-place concrete and a precast deck forming the base and four stories of wood framing above. A full basement garage provides secure, weather-protected parking for residents.
The development includes 87 apartments, 119 underground parking stalls, and 26 surface stalls in the central plaza. The ground level also offers ample commercial space, contributing to a more active streetscape and supporting the surrounding neighborhood. Built in two phases with the option for a third, the project is structured to grow with future demand.
Main Square West builds on the success of the original Main Square project completed in 2021 and sits directly adjacent to it. Together, the two developments strengthen the area by adding modern housing options, expanding commercial activity, and supporting a walkable, mixed-use district.
